Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday thru Fridays in the order that they are received. Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within three to five business days.

Should your order be delayed for more than five business days, we will notify you via the contact information included with your order.

Please be aware that every country has its own laws, regulations, taxes and import duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Incorrect Shipping, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible nor do we do offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments that are shown as "delivered" in the tracking.   Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Please report any order issues to us within three days of receipt. Should your package arrive damaged, you will need to contact your carrier. They will require pictures of the damage and or issue. Please keep all of the original packaging, damaged products and notify us and your carrier immediately. To better serve you please include a detailed description of the issue, your order number and the best and fastest way you can be reached.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns:

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after they are placed.

We do not offer exchanges.

**Due to the current health crisis, we are no longer accepting returns!**
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within seven days of delivery. Please email us at hello@shopskyandco.com to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns.  We do not refund original shipping costs with the returns.

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.shopskyandco.com. If you purchased your items from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

Privacy

Sky and Company will never sell or share your personal information.

Weight and Measures

Our products are sold by weight, not by volume. Some items, such as bath salts and soaks may settle during transport or clump over time, but this will not affect the product. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations of colors and designs are normal. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our recipes according to the availability of ingredients.
